What You'll Do:
As a Technical Sales Order Processor, you'll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls and emails with a helpful and warm demeanour.
Processing orders accurately, confirming prices and quantities.
Advising customers on expected shipping timescales.
Referring to parts look-up to ensure correct items are ordered for specific machines.
Guiding customers to exploded diagrams on the website, ensuring they get the right parts.
Keeping internal purchasing informed of any special order items.
Arranging service and repair appointments.
Maintaining a tidy office environment, free from hazards.
Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed.
