A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and manage sales for a leading industrial recruitment specialist. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new large contracts for the supply of industrial labour for both the permanent and temporary markets across Yorkshire.
You will be a highly motivated individual, skilled at building client relationships quickly, and able to close high-margin deals with medium to large clients. You will work closely with the sales team in branches to develop top prospects and ultimately win new business.
Job Role

Person Specification
* Previous experience of selling to large recruitment customers.
* Proven sales ability.
* Highly motivated with the desire to succeed.
* Ability to close deals.
Qualifications
Educated to A-level standard.
