Our internal recruitment team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage hiring for a dedicated business area within MHR. You'll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build effective attraction strategies, and deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment process.

Your Team
You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted partner who understands their needs and helps them secure the right talent. From briefing roles and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers, you'll guide managers through every stage of the process with confidence and expertise.
You'll also collaborate with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to strengthen employer brand presence, organise recruitment events, and ensure our hiring approach remains competitive, insight-driven, and aligned to market trends.
Your Impact
