Commercial Property Solicitor - Orpington | £Competitive

They are offering an exciting opportunity to become a key member of their busy and highly regarded Commercial Property team, known for its high-quality work, strong client relationships, and supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a full spectrum of commercial property matters including:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial premises
* Commercial leases (granting, assignment, renewal, variation)
* Landlord and tenant work
* Development matters and site acquisitions
* Property finance and refinancing
* Providing sound legal and commercial advice to a broad client base
* Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
* Supporting business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues across our offices and practice areas
About you:
* A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property
* A confident and commercially aware adviser with strong technical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Capable of managing files independently while being an active team player
* A proactive, professional, and well-organised approach to work
* Experience with development or investment portfolios would be advantageous but not essential
