A well-established construction company based in Angus, are looking to welcome a full-time administrator to their team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work to tight deadlines and rely on their own initiative. Key Duties * Sending out tender enquires to sub-contractors and chasing when appropriate. * Preparing purchase orders from material requisition. * Occasionally obtaining prices for materials. * Completing spreadsheets for various returns. * Collating paperwork from sites and returning within the deadline. * Coding timesheets for payroll. * Chasing deliveries that are late. * Informing sites, stores and supervisors of deliveries due to be delivered. * Keep drawing registers up to date. * Preparing reports for weekly meetings. * Helping with inputting delivery notes and purchase invoices to cover holidays. * New site administration preparation including H&S files, first aid kits etc. * Any other general admin duties as required. Key Skills * Previous administrative experience is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills. * Confident working on own initiative. * Adaptable within a fast-paced environment. * A knowledge of Pegasus Opera is a bonus...
