What You'll Be Doing You will work alongside established private client lawyers, handling a varied mix of work while building your own caseload at a sensible pace. Typical matters include: Preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney Administering estates and handling probate Supporting inheritance tax and succession planning Trusts and Court of Protection matters Advising elderly and vulnerable clients with empathy and clarity You will have full administrative support and modern systems, so you can focus on developing your technical knowledge and client skills.
