Job Description
Ryder Reid is seeking an experienced and professional Facilities Coordinator for a high-profile international law firm client in London. This permanent position involves working within a small Facilities team to support the firm's office operations. Prior supervisory experience in facilities management is essential.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Maintaining office and stationary supplies
2. Handling and distributing incoming post
3. Assisting with new joiner and temporary setup
4. Responding to general maintenance requests
5. Assisting with office moves
6. Supporting fire safety and health and safety compliance
7. Occasionally assisting with reception duties
The ideal candidate is hardworking, hands-on, able to multi-task efficiently, and works well within a team.
