We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident working across multiple platforms, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling customer emails and messages across multiple channels including Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and our website
* Managing supplier communications, including raising credits and resolving queries
* Creating and managing orders in Linnworks
* Completing Amazon Logistics tasks and maintaining accurate order tracking reports
* Supporting inventory management using Linnworks
* General marketplace administration
* General office administration, filing, and housekeeping duties
About You:
* Previous experience in administration or a similar role is preferred
* Comfortable using online platforms and software systems (experience with Linnworks or similar tools is an advantage)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm (part-time, 25 hours per week)
