Hybrid - 4 days on site with 1 WFH day
£40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team within a well-structured and forward-thinking business.
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations. This is a hands-on position suited to someone looking to take ownership of management reporting and play an integral role in shaping business performance.
* Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reports
* Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, and payroll functions
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain nominal ledgers
* Manage accruals and prepayments
* Produce monthly financial reports and KPI summaries
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit preparation
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency
* Support and, when necessary, deputise for the Head of Finance
* Contribute to continuous improvement across finance systems and processes
About YouQualifications
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
Experience
* Previous experience operating at this level
* Proven track record preparing management accounts and working across departments
