TheMechanical Contracts Manager job itself where you will oversee the planning, coordinating and execution of mechanical, plumbing C building services projects ranging in value from £50K to £5 million. More specifically:
* Managing procurement processes to include: developing technical specifications, drawings, plant/equipment schedules, and documentation etc.
* Managing sub-contractors, site activities, procurement C supplier ordering
* Attending site meetings, resolving site issues, organising commissioning and handover documentation
* Ensuring timely delivery of all projects
* Understanding and organising interfaces between mechanical C electrical works, trades etc
* Utilising AutoCAD
