VAT Specialist, Qualified Accountant
Your new companyHays are delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established accountancy practice in Belfast, who are seeking a VAT Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the VAT compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients. Your new roleKey Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
* Review client VAT deliverables
* Advise clients on personal tax matters
* Oversee a small VAT tax team
* Ensure projects are delivered on time
* Build relationships and rapport with new and existing clients
* Ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeedRequirements:
* Qualified Accountant or CTA
* Extensive VAT tax experience
* Managerial/ director experience
