Job Purpose:
The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by proactively engaging with leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals via phone, email, and digital platforms. This role focuses on inbound/outbound sales inquiries, upselling/cross-selling to existing customers, and collaborating with the external sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
* Respond to inbound sales inquiries (phone, email, chat) and convert leads into customers.
* Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospects and existing clients to identify sales opportunities.
* Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
* Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize customer value.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
Customer Service:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email
* Resolve complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
* Provide product knowledge and after-sales support.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
* Proven experience in sales and customer service
* Excellent communication (verbal & written) and active listening skills.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and MS Office.
* Persuasive and consultative selling** techniques.
