Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join a global IT provider in the Manchester area. They are a growing global company where you can work on diverse, enterprise-level projects while making a real impact in an agile, collaborative team.
This role requires strong IT industry knowledge to take ownership of their marketing strategy. It will be your responsibility to manage a website overhaul. You'll manage the full customer journey, from lead generation to conversion and retention, developing and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across website optimisation, content, digital channels, and CRM. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with execution, using data and insight to align marketing activity with sales growth and customer success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and evolve the overall marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with business growth and sales objectives.
2. Own and optimise the website as a core lead-generation engine, including content, UX, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
