Job Description
1. Develop, update, and manage training materials, guidance documents, and other knowledge resources
2. Curate and maintain precedent collections and conduct matter debriefs to support analysis
3. Partner with leadership to identify training needs and design appropriate training resources
4. Guide attorneys in using internal and external learning tools
5. Deliver training on knowledge management tools, resources, and best practices
6. Stay current on emerging technologies and KM systems relevant to litigation
7. Collaborate with the KM team on innovation and technology projects
8. Support and scale pilot initiatives, gather feedback, and track outcomes
9. Evaluate generative AI capabilities and develop tailored prompts for legal tasks
10. Provide guidance on effective, ethical, and secure AI use
11. Gather feedback on KM systems and leverage attorney engagement to support adoption
12. Document best practices and lessons learned on technology evaluation and implementation
13. Identify gaps in KM systems and develop solutions to address them
14. Create workflows that improve efficiency in common matter types
15. Build strong relationships across the department and encourage knowledge sharing
