Frazer Jones is working in partnership with a prestigious, UK-wide organisation to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, Bristol based, hybrid working model of 50% on site, salary up to £50'000 + benefits.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for professional services roles. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and strategic recruitment process.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with hiring managers to define job roles, understand requirements and write job adverts.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and onboarding
Engaging with preferred suppliers and negotiating terms with ad-hoc agencies
Conducting interviews and advising on best practice selection techniques
Collaborating with HR and recruitment admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Ensuring compliance with immigration and employment legislation
Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
What you will need:
Energy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
Proven end to end recruitment experience within a professional services environment
Strong direct sourcing and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
A flexible, organised, and collaborative approach
