What you'll be doing:
UK Retail National Account Manager
Key responsibilities:
As a dynamic and results driven National account manager, you will join our world famous Beauty brand to cultivate and expand our partnership with a National Retailer (and their on-line business). As part of Avon's strategic intent to rapidly expand customer access, you will demonstrate strong partnership and negotiation skills to grow the contribution and profitability of the new retail channel.
* Develop and execute comprehensive annual joint business plan aligned with organizational objectives, and targeting identified growth opportunities.
* Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, category managers, and merchandising teams.
* Lead negotiations on contract renewals, work with marketing on product and store listings, pricing and promotional programs .
* Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and product
* Track key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and identify areas for growth and optimization.
* Contribute to the annual/quarterly budgeting and planning process, providing insights/ industry trends and recommendations .
* This role is high profile reporting to the GM and linked to the Global Retail Lead. You will work closely with leaders in Marketing, Sales, Comms, Procurement, IT, Operations and finance.
