WE are looking for a brilliant mechanic who will work out of 2 BCA branches providing a fast and efficient service.
WE want someone who can work on their own and plan their own workload.
WE need someone who has experience of repairing a variety of vehicles.
WE think previous experiences in the motor trade and different manufacturers is essential.
WE would love to hear from you if you are able to identify vehicle faults and diagnosing issues.
WE offer a competitive starting salary of £34,000.
WE offer the ability to earn up to an additional £6,000 (OTE).
We offer additional overtime / bonus over and above for new initiatives to support our retail partners on a rota basis.

What you will do
8. With experience in a workshop, you will be confident in carrying out all aspects of vehicle maintenance and will enjoy working on a variety of cars in an ever-changing environment.
9. Working on your own you will plan the work needed for the week ahead.
10. Working at a BCA branch, where you will work like a RAC / AA patrol
11. Take a day every 2 weeks to work from home to listen to engine videos from our retail partners
About you:
12. A current full UK manual driving license.
13. Car mechanic background preferably time served.
14. Able to demonstrate technical knowledge.
15. Confident to make decisions about repairing issues ‘in-house’ or sending to outside repairers.
16. Able to deliver brilliant 5* service to all our partners on-site in our hubs.
