About the Role
Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager, you'll provide a wide range of administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of health and safety processes across a 100-acre award-winning campus.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing health and safety enquiries and coordinating resolutions
Administering online and face-to-face training for staff
Liaising with contractors and internal teams to support planned and reactive works
Tracking actions from audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Maintaining accurate documentation and updating internal web pages
Supporting data analysis and report preparation
Providing secretariat support to the Health and Safety Board
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with strong administrative experience
A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
IT-savvy, especially with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
Discreet, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training provided)
IOSH Managing Safely or relatable qualification/ experience
