Roles and responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate one‑to‑one care in the client’s home.
* Support community access and social activities.

* Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support.
* Communicate effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience supporting people with complex needs.
* Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train).
* Strong communication and reliability.
* Empathy, emotional intelligence, and person‑centred values.
* Ability to work independently and professionally.
Clinical requirements
* Spinal injury experience essential.
* Cough assist.
* Medication administration.
* Non‑invasive ventilation.
Shifts
* Day: 08:00 – 20:00
* Night: 20:00 – 08:00
