PLANT FITTER – Tool & Plant Hire
Location: Falkirk Head Office Depot, Falkirk
Start Date: February 2026
Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 DOE + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Y.E.S. Your Equipment Solutions Ltd is looking for a skilled Plant Fitter to join our growing Falkirk team. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career within a successful, employee-owned business operating across Scotland.

The Role
Based at our Falkirk depot, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of plant and tool hire equipment. This includes small tools and larger plant such as excavators and dumpers (up to 3T), rollers, trailers, welfare units, compressors, and similar equipment. The role involves fault diagnosis, planned servicing, breakdown repairs (occasionally off-site), accurate record keeping, and working closely with the depot team to deliver a reliable and efficient service.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with plant and/or tool hire equipment
* Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills
* Background as a Fitter, Engineer, or Technician
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
* Ability to work under pressure with good attention to detail
NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, time-served apprenticeship, or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
