About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Helpdesk Manager to join a leading financial services organisation during a period of growth.
Youll lead a talented IT team, overseeing day-to-day helpdesk operations and managing the organisations infrastructure. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to shape the delivery of IT services, drive process improvement, and lead a team committed to providing outstanding technical support. You will have a deputy reporting into you alongside a team of six.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate and develop the IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure team.
2. Manage IT systems including servers, networks, and storage to ensure reliability and performance.
3. Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
4. Manage and improve helpdesk processes, ticketing systems, and documentation.
