The opportunity You'll work with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and investors to large corporates, advising across the full lifecycle of commercial property assets. Expect to be involved in: Strategic landlord and tenant work across large property portfolios Lease negotiations, renewals, regears and portfolio management Acquisitions and disposals of investment assets Surrenders, dilapidations and asset optimisation strategies Supporting complex real estate elements of corporate transactions Advising on investment structures, development and securitisation projects You'll work closely with corporate, banking and disputes teams, giving you access to complex, multi-layered work and long-term client relationships.
