Salary: £35,608 to £47,389 per annum pro‑rate, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale subject to performance.

Role Overview
As the successful candidate, you will co‑lead a team of Home Recruitment Officers and an administrator, managing, developing and evaluating an innovative programme of events and activities that encourages students from all backgrounds to progress to higher education and specifically to make the University of Nottingham their preferred choice for study.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Managing, developing and evaluating a programme of events and activities.
* Leading a team of Home Recruitment Officers and an administrator.
* Building and developing strong rapport with academic staff, professional services colleagues, students, and external stakeholders from local and national schools and colleges.
* Managing a varied and demanding workload, working proactively under pressure to meet deadlines and managing multiple projects and staff concurrently.
* Traveling and staying overnight across the UK as required, and having a full driving licence, access to transport and business insurance.
Qualifications
You should have:
* Significant relevant skills and experience appropriate to the post, including experience in programme, event and team management at a strategic level.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organisation skills.
* Strong team player, excellent IT skills.
