The Practice
Large, modern practice with facilities more akin to a private hospital
Exceptionally strong focus on GP wellbeing, including on‑site gym, café and wellbeing garden
Highly supportive, sociable team with a mix of experienced GPs, mid‑career doctors and NQs
Extensive multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, FCP, Dietitian, Social Prescriber and more
Training practice hosting medical students and GP registrars

High QOF achievement and strong patient feedback
Your role
Salaried GP, minimum of 6 sessions (flexible, but must include Thursdays)
15‑minute appointments with just 10 patients in the morning and 9 in the afternoon
Protected admin time built into the day, including a significant midday break
Minimal home visits (handled by dedicated visiting team)
Shared duty responsibilities with strong support structures in place
Opportunity to develop specialist interests and progress towards Partnership

£11,000 – £13,500 per session
