Responsibilities
* Provide effective, high quality administration support to Therapy Services working within the Therapies department.
* Assist with reception and appointment service for all patients attending Therapy Services.
* Carry out registration routines in Cerner and/or Emis, including logging patient referral letters onto the scheduling system, carrying out referral action, and making walk‑in appointments.
* Answer the appointments hotline and handle telephone calls appropriately, including message taking and forwarding.
Compensation
The Trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Onboarding
All new starters commence on a fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme. P2C offers up to three weeks training to support you to meet the induction and initial training requirements of the role.
