An exceptional opportunity has become available with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, recognised nationally for its expertise in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare Litigation.
As the firm continues to invest in its expanding Clinical Negligence offering, it is now seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join the team in London. This is an excellent chance to work alongside some of the UK’s most experienced defendant lawyers on a wide range of complex Clinical Negligence and Health-related claims.
You’ll be advising high-profile clients including NHS Resolution, leading medical defence organisations, private healthcare providers, and insurers, handling your own caseload while playing an integral role in a successful, forward-thinking team.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with NQ–8 years’ PQE
* Previous experience in Clinical Negligence
* Familiarity with NHS Resolution or MDO instructions is desirable, though not essential
* Strong legal knowledge and attention to detail
* Commercially aware with a proactive, client-focused mindset
* Confident handling both routine and complex matters independently
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Team-oriented with a willingness to support and guide junior colleagues
