About the RoleAs an Internal Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers. Working closely with sales, operations, and support teams, you'll: Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Monitor service performance and proactively address issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate delivery of revenue, volume, and margin targets. Support contract management, pricing updates, and service level reviews. Produce reports for customers and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
