Location Head Office (full-time office based) Hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Overview A growing construction business is seeking a Business Administrator to support day-to-day operations, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure efficient processes and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Manage onboarding and compliance of subcontractors * Maintain internal systems (training, clock-in, project tracking) * Provide administrative support to site teams * Book training, medicals, and D&A testing * Review site paperwork and support audits / PQQ submissions * Set up new projects and new starters * Act as a key admin point of contact across the business * Manage company equipment, reports, and office supplies * Handle incoming calls and emails * Maintain vehicle records and coordinate servicing, repairs, and new vehicle setup Requirements * Previous admin experience within construction or a similar environment preferred * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Good communication skills * Confident using IT systems
