Essential Requirements
* Qualified electrician to level 3 or above in Electrical Installation/maintenance, including an AM2 assessment and NVQ
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics - GCSE grade 4+ or equivalent
* Level 5 Teaching Qualification / open to completing within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course
* Assessor/Verifier Awards or a willingness to achieve within six months of starting the position.
Essential Experience
* Previous experience of effective management of staff, or leadership of a team of programme staff.
* Experience of proactive curriculum development, promotion and marketing of courses
