SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School (Coalville)Location: Coalville, LeicestershireStart Date: After May Half TermContract: Full-Time (5 days a week)Salary: £100-£105 per day (dependent on experience)We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Coalville. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in UK primary schools and is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You'll be working 1:1 with a child to help them achieve their best in a supportive and inclusive environment.Your Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one support to a child with SEN, assisting with their learning and personal developmentCollaborate with the class teacher to create an effective and tailored learning experienceHelp the child with their social and emotional development, ensuring they feel supported and confidentFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWork closely with parents and other professionals involved in the child's educationWhat You'll Need:Solid experience working within a UK primary school (essential)Experience working with children with SEN (preferred, but not essential)Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage children in a meaningful wayStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetA commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of childrenThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school that truly values inclusivity and the personal growth of each child.
