This Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for the RDUH’s four Community Hospitals and the Mardon Neuro Specialist Rehabilitation Unit.
About the Role
Working with the clinical leads, the postholder will be responsible for leading transformational change and the overall operational performance of the units. Collaboration with senior nursing, therapy and medical staffing will be critical to success in the role. The post holder will need to be a visible leader who is comfortable solving complex problems involving multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and an ability to work at this level. The successful candidate will be comfortable working operationally and strategically. Strong communication skills and an ability to work with a range of people will be essential to being success to the role.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs P/W
