Primary School, Orrell – January 2026 Start Teaching Personnel are working closely with a friendly and nurturing primary school in the Orrell area, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to join a supportive team and help pupils make a strong start to Key Stage 2. About the Role: Full-time Year 3 class teacher position. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all learners. Work collaboratively with the Lower Key Stage 2 team to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching. Deliver small-group support and intervention sessions where required. Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 3. Confident behaviour management and the ability to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. A proactive, enthusiastic teacher committed to supporting progress and well-being.
