The Job Role Details:
We are now looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join this parts team.
As an integral part of the customer support team, the prime responsibility of the role is the sales of spare parts and consumables to both our UK customer base and internal service department.
This position is primarily office based in the North West and will report to the UK Parts & Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
1. Provide excellent customer support through efficient and timely parts sales to external customer base in line with wider company targets.
2. Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist in parts sourcing and logistics to nationwide team of field service engineers.
3. Advise, develop and drive sales targets through relevant marketing campaigns.
4. Maintain appropriate procedures and records to ensure audit compliance.
5. Assist in the ordering of spare parts to ensure adequate stocking levels are maintained.
6. Monitor both inbound and outbound parts logistics.

7. Substantial experience in a similar, fast paced, customer focussed environment.
8. Previous knowledge of the company products or agricultural / forestry machinery industry would be an advantage.
9. Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and focus.
10. Be conversant with Microsoft Office, IT systems and processes.
11. Strong organisational skills.
12. Good technical knowledge of parts and their applications.
