What being an Apprentice means

Our Level 2 Early Years Practitioner (15 months) and Level 3 Early Years Educator (18 months) apprenticeships are designed to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to launch your career as an Educator. Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience across different nursery rooms and a wide variety of activities within the N Curriculum, including Forest School, The N Passport, and Spanish.

Twenty percent of your time will be dedicated to 'off the job' training, where you\'ll focus on developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standards. You will have a dedicated tutor and mentor to guide and support you every step of the way. Upon successful completion, you will earn a full and relevant qualification that will serve as a strong foundation for your career in early years education.

After completing your apprenticeship, your career can evolve into a specialism of your choice or advance into management, providing you with endless opportunities for growth and progression.

As an Apprentice, you’ll be part of our brand new 114-place N Leatherhead Nursery, opening in February 2025!
