In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration depending on the area of work).
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Produce a high standard of work consistently.
Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Health & Safety Responsibilities Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
Report incidents or hazards immediately.

Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment.
