We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join us on a fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a key role in our Operations team. You’ll be working with operational and strategic data sets to support decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities The Data analyst is responsible for: * providing key data to support decision-making at a strategic level * effectively managing and presenting operational reporting * support the development and delivery of innovative business reporting systems * managing and owning the data on our inventory management system * supporting the production of product catalogues * Duty of Care for your own Health and Safety and that of others. * Drive to encourage continuous improvement. Key Requirements Essential: * Experience of data analysis, manipulation and reporting * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including lookups, pivot tables, and data modelling) * Ability to work independently, manage priorities and communicate effectively * Experience with business systems (e.g CRM and Warehouse Management Systems)
