Responsibilities
* Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards; ensure food safety standards are followed
* Station Management – oversee production at your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness
* Quality Control – uphold high standards for presentation and taste
* Team Collaboration – communicate effectively and support colleagues
* Menu Development – collaborate on new recipes and improvements
* Cleaning and Maintenance – keep the kitchen clean and equipment in good condition
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
* Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines
* Understanding of food safety and sanitation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
