Fevara plc is seeking a senior, credible operational leader to take responsibility for performance across its UK manufacturing operations.
This is a visible leadership appointment, based primarily at the Silloth site - the core UK manufacturing location - with oversight of two sites (c.100 employees combined).
The role is suited to an accomplished senior site leader who combines operational depth with commercial awareness and is motivated by building clarity, structure and sustainable performance within established manufacturing environments.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visible presence, operational credibility and the ability to build trust while driving measurable improvement.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading operational performance, H & S and supply chain oversight across two UK sites
* Strengthening end-to-end process thinking -from demand planning and forecasting through to production and delivery
* Driving cost control, financial discipline and margin improvement
* Delivering structured improvement programmes and targeted capital initiatives
* Embedding KPI accountability and improving ERP visibility
* Coaching and developing Operational Managers and site leaders
The Silloth site sits at the centre of UK operations and presents a genuine opportunity to enhance alignment, integration and performance standards across both locations.
About You
You will likely be:
* A Senior Site / Factory Manager or multi-site Operations Leader
* Commercially astute and comfortable managing budgets and ROI-led decisions
* Experienced in leading technically robust, well-governed operational projects
* Confident influencing established teams while remaining close to operational delivery
* Strong in end-to-end manufacturing thinking, including supply chain and forecasting
This role would suit a credible site leader ready to broaden their scope while remaining operationally connected.
