This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start. You'll be responsible for managing payroll for approximately 550 employees across both weekly and monthly schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end payroll processing for high-volume staff * Accurate data entry and maintenance of payroll records * Calculation and administration of SSP, maternity pay, holiday pay, bonuses, and benefits * Handling complex pay elements including shift premiums and overtime rates * Ensuring compliance with Tax, National Insurance (NI), and pension regulations * Liaising with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries * Supporting audits and reporting requirements Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (likely £34,000 for the right candidate) Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30 * Friday: 08:30 - 16:00 Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
