We have an opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in East Kilbride Local Office. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday - Thursday 08:45 - 16:45 and Friday 08:45 - 16:15.

You will be part of a successful, well-established administration service working in a fast-paced environment. As a Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to perform a range of clerical tasks, including providing a specialist minute-taking service to support the Family Placement Team. Your duties will include data input into our Social Work Case Management system, word processing, minute taking, arranging meetings via Outlook, maintaining spreadsheets, answering phone calls, and other administrative tasks to support operational colleagues.
We welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent IT, organisational, communication skills, and experience in minute-taking.
