We seek a commercially minded and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in these regions. Responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
This role suits someone with a background in packaging, automotive, or circular economy solutions who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, managing contracts, and delivering proposals.
* Act as primary contact for automotive accounts, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Track and forecast account performance, providing updates and strategic insights.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and industry innovations to influence strategy.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
* Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
* Self-starter with strong initiative.
* Results- and solution-oriented.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High mobility and willingness to travel.
