We're looking for a driven Operations Variance Analyst to take ownership of stock accuracy, material variance control, and continuous improvement within a busy food manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage stock counts (weekly, monthly, and annual).
Investigate and resolve material variances to maintain stock accuracy.
Produce clear, data-driven reports to highlight performance and opportunities for improvement.
Support and improve ERP system processes, becoming the on-site expert for best practice.
Coach and guide team members to ensure data and stock integrity.
Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage and support one Production Administrator.What We're Looking For
Strong with numbers and data, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Confident using Excel - comfortable with formulas, data checks, and interpreting reports.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food or FMCG preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
An understanding of Lean or Continuous Improvement principles is a plus.What's on Offer
