Job Description:
Overview: Do you live in or around the Slough area? Are you an experienced M&E Engineer? If so, we may have a role suited for you as we are recruiting an AC-bias M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team.
Salary: £35,131 or £40,400 per annum, depending on experience
* Door to door pay
* 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
* Additional earnings through enhanced overtime rates

Responsibilities:
* Travel to dedicated sites as the first point of contact for PPM and reactive M&E and general building services maintenance.
* Tasks include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
* Work autonomously, delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.
* Ability to carry out various mechanical tasks confidently.
Qualifications:
To be successful, you will have:
* Essential:
o F-Gas qualification
o HVAC experience
o Full valid UK driver’s license
o Experience in an M&E Engineer role or similar
o Strong communication skills and work ethic
o Knowledge of health & safety
* Desirable:
o 18th Edition
o IOSH working safely qualification
o Plumbing experience
o Basic fabric skills
o 2391 testing and inspection

Other Information:
The role involves working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 weeks on call.
