· Provide outstanding one-to-one customer service to all clients, including VIPs, in line with KOIBIRD standards.
· Build and maintain a loyal clientele, taking ownership of client data collection, management and aftercare to strengthen long-term relationships.
· Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge with clients, ensuring an elevated and informed shopping experience.
