We are currently recruiting for a number of positions across the kitchens on our Bailrigg campus ranging from conference and hospitality service and across our diverse portfolio of cafes and bars
This role will oversee the kitchen of a busy unit serving catered accommodation and a range of bar food from pizzas, burgers and pub classics. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and learn more about the kitchen management side of the business.
Reporting to the Head Chef you will have input on menu ideas and be responsible for the compliance within your area
Successful candidates must have a passion for food and be interested in the latest trends and innovation.
The successful candidates must display initiative and self-reliance, but also be able to contribute to and work within a large, fast paced and successful team.
Out of term time you will support with conference and hospitality business alongside the wider kitchen team
You will be entitled to 39 days annual leave including bank holiday entitlements (either as lieu time or taken off) and University closure days over Easter and Christmas
