We’re looking for a knowledgeable and organised Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this key role, you’ll ensure the right parts are sourced, ordered, and supplied efficiently to keep our workshop running smoothly and our customers’ vehicles repaired on time.
Key Responsibilities:
14. Identify and source vehicle parts accurately using manufacturer and supplier systems
15. Order, receive, check, and store incoming parts deliveries
16. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records
17. Liaise with technicians to ensure parts are available when needed
18. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
19. Uphold our high standards of service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
20. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive role
21. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
22. Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
23. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
24. A proactive approach to problem-solving and stock management
