Main Responsibilities
* Lead and support a dynamic finance team
* Complete month-end processes (closing ledgers, posting journals, reviewing accruals and prepayments)
* Produce monthly management accounts, maintain balance sheet integrity, manage reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting to help inform variance analysis
* Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs aligned with operational and commercial performance ultimately reported to Board
* Assist in further development and monitoring of Annual Recurring Revenue
* Assist with annual budgeting and in year reforecasting
* Assume responsibility for and assist with the GL, sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank recs, fixed assets and payroll
* Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE and other statutory and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation)
* Liaise with auditors and other statutory bodies
* Implement/strengthen financial systems, controls policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria
* Relevant business-related degree with a minimum 2:1
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
* Three years post qualification experience in industry, preferably within the SAAS industry
* One years plus experience of managing members of a Finance team
* Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interrogate large volumes of data, using pivot tables and V-Lookups
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in compiling monthly Management packs and KPIs.
