We’re currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our team.



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and take ownership of the company’s financial management and reporting. Reporting to the CFO, this role is critical in ensuring accurate financial statements, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Main Responsibilities


* Lead and support a dynamic finance team
* Complete month-end processes (closing ledgers, posting journals, reviewing accruals and prepayments)
* Produce monthly management accounts, maintain balance sheet integrity, manage reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting to help inform variance analysis
* Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs aligned with operational and commercial performance ultimately reported to Board
* Assist in further development and monitoring of Annual Recurring Revenue
* Assist with annual budgeting and in year reforecasting
* Assume responsibility for and assist with the GL, sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank recs, fixed assets and payroll
* Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE and other statutory and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation)
* Liaise with auditors and other statutory bodies
* Implement/strengthen financial systems, controls policies and procedures.


Essential Criteria


* Relevant business-related degree with a minimum 2:1
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
* Three years post qualification experience in industry, preferably within the SAAS industry
* One years plus experience of managing members of a Finance team
* Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interrogate large volumes of data, using pivot tables and V-Lookups
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in compiling monthly Management packs and KPIs.

* SaaS experience
* Systems implementation experience
* Acquisition integration experience
* Multicurrency / multi entity consolidation experience
* Commercial finance and business partnering experience.
