Marketing Manager Role
A Marketing Manager is needed to join a GBP10m manufacturing business focused on the construction sector.
The role involves developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads to support sales efforts.
Working closely with the Managing Director, Marketing Director, and Sales and Design Teams, you will align marketing activities with business objectives and prioritize key growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Content & Branding: Develop engaging content across multiple channels, maintain brand consistency, and support PR initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Work with external agencies to optimize website performance.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support: Drive lead generation activities and provide regular performance reports to support sales objectives.
5. Communications Management: Oversee internal and external communications to maintain brand integrity and enhance company profile.
6. Market Analysis: Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends and refine marketing strategies.
7. Project Management: Ensure marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have skills in digital marketing, CRM systems, analytical tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, and experience managing external agency relationships.
