Wake Night Support Worker
Pay rate: £14.50
Shift Pattern: 19:00 - 07:00
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced support worker to provide tailored care for an individual with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours, who lives in their family home in Frimley.
This person is more than their conditions — they are a unique individual with passions for animals, creativity, and trying new things. They enjoy hobbies and have numerous pets, and they seek someone to share in their interests.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Enriching the person's life through meaningful activities and community outings.
2. Supporting household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment.
3. Building a trusting relationship through clear and confident communication in their preferred manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience with:
* Autism
* Challenging behaviours
This role is supported by an experienced Team Leader within our LD&A family, which supports adults and children with complex care needs, physical and mental disabilities.
