Salary
£66,100 - £99,100 + car/car allowance (if applicable) + performance‑related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, well‑being and family.

The role
As Senior Project Manager – Offshore Asset Development, you will ensure our expanding offshore wind portfolio is designed and delivered to maximize lifetime value, minimise whole‑life cost and effectively manage risk.
You’ll lead asset management development from early site concept through to operational readiness, coordinating technical experts and stakeholders to secure key project approvals, including Final Investment Decision, and setting projects up for long‑term operational success.
You will
* Lead asset management input into offshore wind projects from development through to commissioning, ensuring long‑term operational value, cost optimisation and risk management are embedded at every stage.
* Structure and drive project plans through development and readiness phases, coordinating technical specialists and managing diverse stakeholders to achieve milestone approvals and Final Investment Decision.
* Design the future site operations organisation, defining roles, structure and governance, and support recruitment and line management of the windfarm operations team 12–18 months ahead of commissioning.
* Develop and implement operations and maintenance strategies covering wind turbines, electrical and offshore infrastructure, and transmission assets, including planning personnel, vessels, port facilities, warehousing and office requirements.
* Integrate technical, commercial, contractual and operational strategies to maximise whole‑life asset value, negotiate with equipment manufacturers and service providers, and lead or support wider strategic asset‑management initiatives.
You have
* Demonstrable experience in offshore wind asset management and operations, including development and delivery of operations and maintenance strategies.
* Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects and securing key approvals in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience working effectively in matrix organisations and motivating cross‑functional teams.
* Commercial and market awareness, including experience negotiating equipment manufacturer and service contracts to drive long‑term value.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality reports and presentations, alongside a pragmatic, delivery‑focused and process‑led approach that embraces diverse perspectives and drives positive outcomes.
